Shipping Locations

Currently, we only offer delivery within India. International shipping is not available at this time. However, you can still browse and purchase products from anywhere in the world, as long as the shipping address is located within India.

Shipping Charges

The shipping cost for your order is determined by the following factors:

Order Value:

• Orders below ₹999 will incur a fixed shipping charge of ₹75.
• Orders exceeding ₹999 qualify for free shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges:

• For orders up to ₹3,000, a COD charge of ₹70 applies.
• For orders above ₹3,000, a COD charge of ₹150 applies.

Return & Refund Policy

We at sportsgalaxy.in want your experience to be as perfect as possible. We understand that there may be cases where you have to return the product due to various reasons. We have a 7-day return policy from the date on which you received the Goods. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Below are few extra details to keep in mind, to make sure you get your refund.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
• All products returned must be in original condition, unused and with original tags and packaging intact.
• All items will be thoroughly inspected by our team before we initiate either refund or exchange.
• If product delivered is as per customer order, then customer will have to bear courier charges for sending the product back to Sports Galaxy.
• In case you have purchased a Used Racquet and want a refund because the racquet did not meet your expectations, then customer will have to bear courier charges for sending the product back to Sports Galaxy.
• If customer is sending product back to us, then customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We will be unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You can request for order cancellation, if the product has not been shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, any request for cancellation shall incur return shipping costs, which shall be additionally borne by you.

Shipping

All of your products ordered by you at the risk of loss shall pass on to you upon Sports Galaxy shipment to the shipping carrier.

1. We only ship within India.
2. Delivery is via third party courier.
3. All deliveries are sent with registered couriers or Indian post and must be signed at time of delivery.
4. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
5. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
6. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
7. If you are not home at the time of delivery and courier company have to wait for some days for delivery of product you understand that additional delivery charges may apply.
8. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
9. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
