SG RP Spark Kashmir Willow Cricket Bat (Size 4) – Junior, Contoured Blade, Pronounced Edges

Description

The SG RP Spark Kashmir Willow Cricket Bat in Size 4 is a junior bat made for young cricketers stepping into leather ball cricket. Built from hard-pressed Kashmir willow with a contoured blade and pronounced edges, it gives developing players a balanced, all-round bat sized correctly for their height and reach.

HARD-PRESSED KASHMIR WILLOW

Contoured Blade with Pronounced Edges

This SG RP Spark cricket bat uses hard-pressed Kashmir willow, a durable wood suited to junior leather ball cricket. The blade is contoured with pronounced edges and a medium spine, putting more wood behind the ball so off-centre shots from younger players still carry. The medium sweet spot gives a balanced response for front-foot and back-foot shots, helping juniors develop a complete game.

HANDLE AND GRIP

Singapore Cane with 3-Way Rubber Insertion

The handle is made from Singapore cane with a 3-way rubber insertion, a layered build that absorbs impact and reduces the jarring felt through the hands. A traditional round cane handle shape gives a uniform grip from any angle, helping junior players keep control across defensive and attacking shots as they build technique.

SIZE 4 JUNIOR FIT

Sized for Younger Players

Size 4 is a junior bat size, suited to younger cricketers based on their height and reach rather than adult dimensions. A correctly sized bat lets a junior swing freely and play proper shots, which matters far more for skill development than using a bat that is too large. This makes the Size 4 RP Spark a practical first or early leather ball bat for a growing junior cricketer.

FLAT TOE AND INCLUDED COVER

Stable Base and Full-Length Cover

The flat toe gives a stable base and distributes impact when digging out full-length deliveries. The bat ships with a full-length bat cover that protects it from dust, moisture and knocks during storage and transport. As a Kashmir willow bat for junior leather ball play, it needs knocking in before match use to condition the surface and help it last longer.
