How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After you have made a successful payment and your order is processed, you will get a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address associated with your SportsGalaxy account.

How do I check the current status of my orders?
To check current status of your current and previous orders go to:
Login -> My Account -> Order History.
There you can see the status of each of your orders under ‘Order Status’ column.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Our efforts are always to process your order within the 48 hours it is placed. Once your order is shipped it normally takes 3 to 4 working days in major metro cities. For other locations however, the delivery may take up to 5 to 10 working days. For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may even exceed 10 days.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All SportsGalaxy items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
Are the Products that you sell Genuine?
We only sell 100% genuine items. You can buy with confidence and be assured about the quality of the products.
Where is your office located?
Currently our office is at Gurgaon, all the orders are shipped centrally from Gurgaon.
Where do you get your used equipment?
We depend on customers like you for all our quality used goods! Send us your goods you no longer use and we’ll pay you. We then offer it to someone else who can use it…The whole idea is to provide sports gear at a reasonable rate to customers.
CAN I TRADE MY OLD GEAR FOR NEW?
Sure you can. For your sports gear we will tell you how much money / credit you get and then you can use that credit to buy used / new sports gear.
HOW MUCH WILL I GET FOR MY GOODS?
We base our buying prices on brand, condition and demand for the items. Typically we will resell our used items for about 40-60% of what they would sell for new today. You would receive 30-50% of that amount depending on demand, condition and current inventory levels of like products.
