Orders & Payments
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After you have made a successful payment and your order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your SportsGalaxy account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Debit & Credit Card
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online transactions are protected and secured by SSL encryption.
How do I check the current status of my order?
To check the status of your current and previous orders, go to: Login → My Account → Order History. There you can see the status of each order under the "Order Status" column.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can request order cancellation if the product has not been shipped yet. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you still wish to cancel after shipment, return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Shipping & Delivery
What is the estimated delivery time?
We always strive to process your order within 48 hours of it being placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 working days in major metro cities. For other locations, delivery may take 5 to 10 working days. For certain remote areas, delivery time may exceed 10 days.

Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver across India. However, international shipping is not available at this time. You can browse and purchase products from anywhere in the world, as long as the shipping address is located within India.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges depend on your order value:
- Orders above ₹999 — Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹999 — Flat shipping fee of ₹75
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges:
- Orders up to ₹3,000 — COD charge of ₹70
- Orders above ₹3,000 — COD charge of ₹150

How can I track the delivery of my order?
All SportsGalaxy orders are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID. You can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners using this Tracking ID.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we will try to update it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy from the date you received the product. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition — unused, with original tags and packaging intact. All returned items are inspected by our team before a refund or exchange is initiated.

How do I return a product?
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Send the product back to: Sports Galaxy, R4/023, Ground Floor, M3M Urbana, Sec 67, Gurugram – 122002, Haryana, India.
We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method you used for the original order. No additional fees are charged for the refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product delivered is as per your order and you wish to return it, the return shipping cost is borne by you. The same applies to used racquets — if the racquet did not meet your expectations, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
Products & Authenticity
Are the products you sell genuine?
Yes, we only sell 100% genuine products. You can buy with confidence and be assured about the quality and authenticity of every item at Sports Galaxy.
Do you offer free stringing with new racket purchases?
Yes, we offer a free string with every new racket purchase. For prepaid orders, the racket is shipped already strung. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the string is sent separately along with the racket.
What sports equipment do you stock?
Sports Galaxy stocks equipment across multiple sports including Tennis, Badminton, Cricket, Squash, Pickleball, and Padel. We carry both new and used equipment from top brands like Wilson, Babolat, HEAD, Yonex, Li-Ning, Asics, and more.
Used Equipment & Racket Exchange
Where do you get your used equipment?
We depend on customers like you for all our quality used goods. Send us the sports gear you no longer use and we will pay you for it. We then offer it to someone else who can use it. The whole idea is to provide sports gear at a reasonable rate to customers.
Can I trade my old gear for new?
Yes, you can. For your sports gear, we will tell you how much money or credit you get, and then you can use that credit to buy used or new sports gear from Sports Galaxy.

The value depends on the brand, condition, and current demand for the item. To get an exact quote for your equipment, reach out to us directly and our team will evaluate it for you.

Where is your store located?
Our store and office is located at M3M Urbana, Sector 67, Gurugram – 122002, Haryana, India. All orders are shipped centrally from Gurugram.
Can I visit your store and buy directly?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our Gurugram store to check out and purchase products in person. You can try rackets, check sizes, and get expert advice from our team.
