Return and Refund Policy
We at sportsgalaxy.in want your experience to be as
perfect as possible. We understand that there may be cases where you have to
return the product due to various reasons. We have a 7-day return policy from the date on which You received the Goods. For a full
refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Below
are few extra details to keep in mind, to make sure you get your refund.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return,
please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
- All products returned
must be in original condition, unused and with original tags and packaging
intact.
- All items will be
thoroughly inspected by our team before we initiate either refund or
exchange.
· If product delivered is as per customer order, then
customer will have to bear courier charges for sending the product back to
sports galaxy.
· In case you have purchased a Used Racquet and want a
refund because the racquet did not meet your expectations, then customer
will have to bear courier charges for sending the product back to sports galaxy.
· If customer is sending product back to us, then customer is responsible
for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held
responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we
recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We will be unable to issue a
refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return
delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any
merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole
discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded.
Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You can request for order
cancellation, If the product has not been shipped. However, once the
order has been shipped, any request for cancellation shall incur return
shipping costs, which shall be additionally borne by you.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from
the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of
